Pythia POV:
As we walked into Alley and Stephens home Tye left me to go to a meeting with the others, I walked towards the kitchen where I heard the most chatter to see all the women that have made a huge impact on my life sitting around the living room. I still felt a little out of place since I am not a wolf but In time it will go away. "There she is! We were just wondering how your appointment went." Alley said, smiling at me. "It went really good, Julie thinks that it will be a girl." I replied sitting on the couch next to Emma. "A girl? I wonder how Tye will handle having a girl first." Jasmine giggled. "He is already swooning over her, he wants to start thinking of names." I replied. "He is going to be the best daddy ever, he was the more protective yet understanding out of him and Jackson." Alley said. I could honestly see that. Jackson seemed more serious than the other two but he is also the eldest out of all of them.
Pythia POV:I don't know how they will get in but it is worth the shot. "I don't know what my future holds and that is what scares me the most but I need you to make me a promise." I said catching my breath. "Oh come now don't tell me it is a death promise Pythia. You can't think like that." Ambrosia said. "Sadly I have to think this way about Ambrosia. Believe me I don't want to but I need to make sure everything will be fine should I meet death herself. I need to make sure my baby will be looked after, so promise me should anything happen to me or Tye, you will be there for her. Guide her, raise her and please don't let her forget me." I said breaking the flood gates wide open. Ambrosia wrapped her arms around me and as she rubbed my back she whispered, "I promise, your little will be safe with me. I won't let her forget anything about who you are and where you come from. Just don't give up hope my sister." I held on to her like my life depended on
Pythia POV:While I was unpacking my bag I heard a soft knock at the door, "Pythia? It's Ambrosia, can I come in?" She yelled through the door. "Of course! Come on in." I yelled back as I closed the bathroom cabinet. I heard her giggling which caught me off guard. I walked out of the bathroom to see she had two bags hidden behind her back. "What did you get there?" I asked, smiling trying to look behind her. "Okay don't judge me but the girls decided to get matching jammies with someone and I picked your name! So I kind of ran to town and found the perfect ones for me and you!" Ambrosia said cheerfully. Oh boy what could she have possibly found that is making her so happy? "Okay let's have a look at them." I replied. She ran over to the bed and placed the bags down on it before she turned to me. "Okay, close your eyes." She giggled. "Oh come on Ambrosia what are we five?" I laughed. "Shush and just do it!" She replied, trying to give
Pythia POV:"Are you sure you are okay?" He asked tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. "I think so. I mean I am nervous and scared but I think I am going to be okay." I replied softly. "I felt your emotions earlier and I figured you talked with Ambrosia. I talked with Jackson as well." Tye replied. "It was a hard conversation to have, but Ambrosia is set on being at the trial along with your sister and the others. I feel like with everyone there I will have the strength I need." I replied. "Jackson said he would be there as well. We will be okay with my green eyed beauty, but after the wave of emotions that hit me I just needed to make sure that you were okay. Then I heard you and Ambrosia in here giggling up a storm and that made me happy." Tye said cupping my face. "She is a good person. They all are. I have been truly blessed." I said, planting a soft kiss on his lips. "PYTHIA!" Ambrosia yelled, making me and Tye jump. "I take it sh
Pythia POV:As we walked around to the back I could feel the tension in the air, my own among it. My mother had told me that my uncle had died and I am really starting to question everything she told me. Did my father just up and walk away from us? What about my aunt? I mean for goddess sake did I have any other siblings? I needed answers and I needed them now. I was so lost in my thoughts I didn't realize we had already made it around back. "Please have a seat anywhere." Alley said sweetly. We all sat around a round table but I decided to sit on Tyes lap. His scent and presence keeps me calm and right now I really need it. My uncle has not changed a bit since I last saw him last. Still had his blonde hair and dark blue eyes, icy skin. He was a little taller than me but was always in shape. "I know you weren't expecting to see me, I have stayed away for some years now." Phil said nervously. "Why did you stay away? My mother tol
Pythia POV:"Yes, that is correct. Now I don't know all the twists and turns but we have kept up with our relatives. There aren't many of us left, truth be told, just know Pythia that you have people on your side. Don't worry about Damien and Storm, I will handle the two of them." Phil said. "What are you going to do?" I asked. "Make their life hell to the point they resign the position they hold, then the grand elders will shun them or kill them. Our mission is to keep the peace and we will help you do that but you need to act as if we don't know each other, understood?" Phil said sternly. "Yes, I do." I whispered. "Good, now I must head back. Take a few days to go over what I said and if you have any more questions, summon me here and we will speak." Phil said standing up. None of us moved. "For what it is worth, we are very grateful to each of you. You all took a giant step in peace and now it is our turn to keep a hold on it, and Alley, it is ver
Pythia POV:When Tye walked back around I walked straight up to him and wrapped my arms around him. His entire being calms me and I needed that right now. "What did he say?" I asked. "Just to look after you, he is going to drop a book off about what all you can and can't do. We have to know your limits so you don't hurt yourself or the little one we will have soon" Tye replied. So there is a book? I need that book as quickly as he can bring it. "You will have Alley and the girls to help teach you about the white magic so don't worry about that, we also need to see if there is anything about how this will affect our children with them being mixed with three different races." Tye said. I didn't think about that. This could truly start mixing all of our races, it made me nervous but excited at the same time. "I want you to relax with the girls for a few hours, we will stay out front and wait for the book and then we will get some
Tye POV:I never understood why women wanted to watch movies, they always fell asleep during them. Maybe it's all the pregnancy stuff? Or maybe they are just tired but it didn't take long for our group of ladies to pass out before the movie even ended. I looked down at Pythia, her smooth skin practically glowed. She looked peaceful and worry free, just how I always want her. She is stunningly beautiful and I wondered what she was dreaming about. I knew it wasn't a bad dream because she looked happy, I knew the information her uncle told us was weighing on her and as much as her and Alley are close to her and Ambrosia are closer. Not that I minded but Ambrosia has gone out of her way to stay beside her when I couldn't. I needed to find a way to thank her for that. I will have to talk to Jackson about that later on. I wrapped Pythia in a blanket and carefully picked her up, she melted against me, before I could get ou
Pythia POV: The moment my eyes opened I wanted to spring out of the bed and get my hands on that book. I peaked over my shoulder to see Tye in a dead stare at me, "Well good morning lazy bones." He said smiling. "How long have you been awake?" I asked, it looked like he had been up for a while. "Not long. I would have slept a little more if you weren't snoring so loudly." Tye muttered. I swatter his arm, "I do not snore!" I giggled. "Oh yes you do, like a cute little mouse." He replied snuggling in to me. "We need to get up, my wolf." I whispered. "I know you want to read that book but you also need to eat. So get ready and we will eat with everyone." Tye murmured, and as if on cue my stomach started growling. "Alright up you go." Tye said, climbing out of the bed. I sat up slowly and watched as he dressed, "I will be right back." He said before slipping out of the door. I got out of bed and took a quick shower and brushed my teeth. I have been wearing more shorts or leggings sinc
