When Avery went back to the cafe, Riccardo was no longer there. She didn't know whether she was relieved or disappointed at that. The whole day Avery couldn't focus on her work. Her mind was swirling with confusion and doubts.

Avery didn't realise that it was so late until she was worn out to the bone.
