Tristan’s point of view

The journey back to the pack seemed like it was going to be long. After what happened with Rhiannon, I was sure this thing would blow out of proportion.

I stood by the deck with my hands in the pockets of my white pants, watching them get on the boat, Rhiannon getting on board with Michele by her side.

She was almost raped by her ex-boyfriend, but was acting strong.

“Thank you for having us.” She quickly bowed her head before the two sisters who glanced at me and then back at Rhiannon, who turned around getting on.

I glanced at Kai, who also got on the boat as I looked at John, giving him an affirmative nod before I turned around.

“Goodbye!” Alaia said to me as I gave her an affirmative nod before approaching the cabin.

I would get some sleep for the first part of the journey. It had been a long day after trying to convince the elders to let go of it because I was trying to sort out a problem and Alpha Drake would deal with it once we were back in the pack.
