Chapter 25

Rhiannon’s point of view

We made our way into the hall while I looked around the entrance. The light was illuminating, and the light reflected on the mirrors just made it more interesting.

I beamed with a smile as I curtly bowed my head.

“Names?” the guard asked me as I looked at Enzo.

“Rhiannon and Enzo of Crimson Claw,” I said to the guard, who lightened up. I did not know where Enzo was from, so I just included him in the Crimson Claw.

“Unfortunately, I don’t see an Enzo of Crimson Claw,” the guard said after scrolling through the list.

“It should be there. He is my plus one and my brother Rodrigo is coming behind us,” I said to him as he mouthed an ‘oh’.

“Enzo De Oliveira,” He said to the man as he quickly checked the list.

“You are welcome.” He gestured for us to go into the hall. Opening the door to the most.

Crystal chandeliers spiralled down from the arching sky-blue ceiling, illuminating the glimmering black and silver walls.
