Chapter 152: Wrecking Havoc

CHIRP. CHIRP-CHIRP. The birds were piping loudly. The morning’s dawn have arrived. The rain had faded, and the sky is clearing.

The stillness in the air was unmoving by the silent tears of fellow friends and loved ones of Austin. Much wasn’t said as everyone was lost in words. Throughout the night only the sound of rain was heard. Sadness was all that befall their hearts.

King Leonardo and the rest of the prisoners were set free after Elva’s death. Her spell was no longer active.

“Agatha,” said King Leonardo, slowly approaching his daughter.

Agatha held tightly onto Austin’s body. The fear of losing him was stabbing her heart deeply.

“Child, it’s time to let him go.”

“No. No!” said Agatha. “He’s just sleeping.”

“Agatha-”

“Nothing have happened. He’s just resting. He will wake up. In a few days’ time he will wake. I- I just know it.” Agatha snuggled herself deeply back into his chest.
