Renna

After my so called ‘stunt’ I pulled at work, Sage has demoted me to cleaning once again, not that I mind as I get to work with Elara this time. We are cleaning the hotels’ suites for guests. There is a surprising number of people that come to stay here, despite this being a Werewolf pack. Some humans venture here as well, for business mainly. Xavier has several enterprises and as Thornden’s is his epicentre for guests, it works out perfectly.

Still, the number of bedrooms this place holds. I can see why he uses it for business with the humans there only come for one or two nights max the building houses everything they could need that they then don’t need to venture too far into the pack grounds. Not that it’s an issue, Midnight’s pack is rather civilised there isn’t brawls or wolves roaming the streets, but just in case pack members want to shift, it keeps prying eyes away.

Elara, I found, is a few years older than me at 22 but she and Leo are the only real friends I’d say I’ve

Renna I had a day off today. There were just three days until my 18th and Xavier refused to let me work saying I needed my rest before my first shift. I agreed. He told me he had planned something special for the two if us today, which I was looking forward to. I found a cute white summer dress. It was a lovely warm summers day which I paired with white high heel sandals. I even style my long blonde hair into loose waves. I had butterflies in my stomach thinking of spending this time with Xavier I could feel this pull growing towards him. I just kept praying to the moon goddess that it was a sign I was his mate. The more time I spent with him, the more I wish it was true. I didn’t want anyone else. I wanted Xavier. Sure, we may not see eye to eye on everything. He is older than me after all, but despite his gruff alpha manly ways, I can see how much he cares for me. I decided to believe Elara when she kept going on and on about how he looks at me. When I came out of the walk in, I s

RennaAs future Luna of Midnight pack, there were certain expectations that came with that. One of them was attending weddings of pack members. To my horror, that included going to Ethan and Lia’s wedding.I had attempted to get my way by pretending to be sick, seducing, and begging, but nothing had worked. Everything but Xavier was having none of it. No matter what, he refused to give in. He made a promise to stay by my side, assuring me that we would only need to be there for an hour at most. I find it hard to believe that.I had searched the walk-in closet for a dress, feeling frustrated as I sorted through the cluttered racks. I wasn’t sure what would be appropriate to wear to your cheating ex boyfriends wedding. Also, as future Luna I couldn’t exactly wear your typical revenge dress, Xavier would have a fit … actually maybe that is the best way to play this, then I won’t have to go.I looked for the most daring border line slutty dress I could find. My fingers brushed over variou

Renna The wedding wasn’t too bad. Obviously, I didn’t go to see Ethan I spent the whole night by Xavier’s side. I can't believe he had the nerve! As my cheating ex-boyfriend, who just got married, was about to ask me to go visit him in the bathroom, I couldn't believe what was happening. “Come on Renna, I know you want your revenge. Why don’t you just meet me in the bathroom and you can show me what I have been missing,” Ethan mind links as I ignore him. Watching Lia effortlessly mingle with the guests, I can't help but feel a twinge of sadness for her. I know that if Ethan is already showing an interest in me, it's only a matter of time before he does the same with someone else. Ethan is good-looking, there is no denying that, but I guess I never thought he would have concealed this side of him for so long … unless if Lia is his mate, then why didn’t he just tell me? Yes, I would have been heartbroken, but I would have preferred him to tell me than the other way of seeing them in b

RennaToday, I want to go see my grandma and spend some time with her before my birthday. I just have this feeling something is wrong. I had several nightmares, making me worried that things had taken a turn for the worse, so I wanted to check.Xavier had dropped me off at the hospital, and I ran straight through to her room. A few of the staff recognised me now. To my relief, she was sitting there drinking a cup of tea. “What’s the matter dear? You look like you’ve seen a ghost,” she jokes as I walk into the room, catching my breath.“I … I was worried about you,” I reassure her as I walk through and she gives me a smile, patting the bed next to her. She puts the tea down as I approach, taking my hand and giving it a squeeze. “I hear you're going to be the Luna soon,” I smile, nodding my head.“Yes, the day after my birthday,” I add. I still feel nervous about it. Given how some pack members haven’t warmed up to me just yet. She gives me a wink, shaking her head. “You’ll be fine dear

RennaMy 18th birthday, a day I had eagerly anticipated. Mum and Dad were going to throw a huge celebration party. Ethan would be by my side and at the end of the night, once I had my wolf, I could already imagine the electric tingle of marking Ethan as mine. It was going to be perfect.Today, however, everything was different. The vibrant colours of the city were muted, as if it had cast a grey filter over the world. I was grateful for Xavier's thoughtfulness, as he had planned a few surprises, adding an element of mystery to our day. It just wouldn’t bring mum and dad back.He had invited a few people to join us: Cole, Elara, and Leo. I'm guessing he only invited Cole for someone to talk to, maybe hoping for a catch-up session during the pack meeting. I really hoped that wasn't the case, but you never know. For a change, I dressed comfortably in jeans and a crop top. My hair cascaded down my shoulders, lending a relaxed and effortless vibe. To make my blue eyes stand out, I gently a

Renna I navigate through the dimly lit bowling alley, the sound of balls rolling and crashing into pins filling the air in search of Cole. Other pack members filled the place, their laughter and the clinking of bowling balls creating a lively atmosphere. It turned out to be quite difficult to locate him. “Where are you, Cole?” I added under my breath as I continued searching. Eventually, I spot him in one of the dimly lit back corners of the bowling alley, engrossed in a phone conversation. Why has he gone to such extremes to hide who he is talking too? The memory of his subtle smile while he was texting the other day is etched in my mind. His face lights up with a smile as he speaks on the phone. Intrigued, I almost call him back, my hand hovering in the air, but ultimately, I decide against it. I'm not sure why, but there's something unsettling about the way he stands hunched over and speaks in a barely audible voice. But Cole has been so playful and carefree all night, has somet

XavierI drove us home, my foot heavy on the gas pedal, eager to get back before it got too late for Ren's sleep before her first shift. I couldn't wait to have her all to myself, just the two of us. It was her birthday, so I was determined to go above and beyond to make it unforgettable. However, it seemed she wasn’t in the mood to be told what to do! In fact, she deliberately threw a tantrum as I dragged her to the car, unwilling to leave her friends behind. With Cole's help, she quickly changed her mind and decided against causing any more trouble.Well, not screaming and shouting, she was sat next to me with her arms folded seething. I placed my hand on her knee, to which she just tugged it away. In an effort to keep my composure, I pressed my lips together, refusing to let it bother me. I just had to wait a few hours and then she would realise she is my mate.Although I doubt that will change her stubborn pig headedness at times, like now. “Ren, come on it’s your first shift and

RennaI didn’t understand Xavier but as I tossed and turned trying to sleep; I found my body crave his touch. It soothed the restless feeling that was growing inside of me. His skin felt like a bomb and before I knew it, I was desperately trying to sprawl my body against his.Sleep didn’t come easily either. It wasn’t because it was so early; I felt exhausted as soon as I close my eyes, I’d feel a chill and try to edge closer to the fire or I would feel sweat coat my skin and then chuck off the covers. It was horrible. All I wanted was sleep. My eyes felt heavy I just wanted to cry … I did a little. My emotions felt all over the place, and I felt bad for snapping at Xavier.“I’m sorry,” I mumbled into his chest as I shivered, desperately trying to press my body against his so I could absorb his body heat. He was so nice I didn’t understand it, he just held me close, kissing my shoulder or forehead whilst I groaned, feeling flashes of heat fill my body.“It’s just the fever,” he whispe

Renna We had been living in our cosy bubble of three for several weeks now. Me, Xavier, and Orion. The soft glow of the evening sun streamed through the curtains, casting warm hues across our living room. Xavier’s idea to name our son after my beloved dad filled my heart with joy. It had been just the three of us, cherishing every moment as a family. But tonight, I was eagerly bursting our bubble for a long-awaited date with my captivating alpha. I adorned myself in alluring lingerie, the delicate lace teasingly brushing against my skin. I yearned for our sexy time with my mate, I knew he was desperate for it too. However, our precious little Orion would inevitably interrupt our passionate rendezvous. His sweet cries would pierce the air, filling the room with an innocent melody of hunger and discomfort. The frustration began to well up inside me, like a simmering storm. Don’t get me wrong, I adore my baby Orion. He is the epitome of cuteness, the greatest blessing in my life. But e

Renna “Push, Luna,” the midwife urges, her voice firm yet gentle, as I growl in her face. The sterile hospital room is filled with the rhythmic beeping of machines and the faint scent of antiseptic. Childbirth, a relentless storm of agony, floods my senses, making me question why anyone willingly endures this. No wonder I was an only child. Xavier, my partner, hovers around me like an annoying fly, fussing over me incessantly. The pain, like a thousand fiery tendrils, wracks my body as I summon every ounce of strength to push our precious baby into the world. “Ren, you’re doing amazing!” Xavier’s voice resonates with pride and excitement as he gently wipes the sweat off my forehead. I have to remind myself of my love for this man, even as I glare at his infuriating face for being the reason behind my pregnancy. A low growl escapes my lips, but he remains undeterred, his eyes filled with adoration. I can hear the rhythmic beeping of the heart rate monitor, a constant reminder of the l

Xavier As I poured my heart out to her, the words flowed like a river. Was she merely manipulating me, using my vulnerabilities against me? The air felt heavy with tension as her words echoed in the room. “You rejected me, Xavier. I was destined to be the luna of this pack. he goddess ensured it and then you didn’t want me … I wasn’t good enough for you!” The scent of her anger hung in the air, mixing with the musky aroma of the room. Her words hit me like a wave, leaving me speechless and bewildered. “Sage, none of that is true,” I say, my voice filled with desperation, the words hanging in the air between us. I continue, my words tinged with sadness, “Yes, I rejected you, but it wasn’t my choice. The council forced me to do it.” I pause, hoping she will understand. Her head shakes, her eyes filled with disbelief, as if I am spinning a web of lies. “I was happy for you to be my mate,” I whisper, my voice breaking. I can feel the weight of the words, heavy on my chest. The room sud

Xavier Now that Ren had regained her memories, life was filled with an undeniable sense of contentment. The sun’s warm rays gently caressed our faces as we strolled hand in hand through the park, birds singing their melodious tunes. I shared the news of the pregnancy, and though initially taken aback, her eyes sparkled with joy, mirroring the vibrant colours of the blooming flowers around us. I couldn’t help but notice the tender way she delicately rubbed her belly, a radiant smile adorning her face, as if whispering sweet secrets to our growing little pup. It was in those moments, when she thought I wasn’t looking, that I felt an overwhelming sense of love and anticipation. The weight of past worries and anxieties had dissolved, allowing us to embrace the future together, free from the burdens that once weighed us down. There was just one final task lingering before us, a mere formality standing between us and pure bliss. As we savored the moment, the air was filled with tranquilit

Xavier Over the course of a few more weeks, I’ve noticed a significant change in Ren’s demeanour towards me. As I continue to work from home, our bond has grown stronger, and she now frequently sits beside me, her presence a comforting companion. However, the memory of our shared kiss lingers vividly in my mind, like a faint whisper of a distant melody. It’s been a while since that intimate moment, and while I sensed her enjoyment, a palpable restraint now holds her back. I attempt to read this email once again, but she becomes a constant distraction. Today, she deliberately dons an outfit that captures my attention. Her choice of tiny short shorts reveals the alluring curve of her silhouette with every step she takes. The sight of her crop top, barely concealing her ample cleavage with its deep V-neck, creates an irresistible temptation. I struggle to resist the overwhelming desire to approach her and give in to our carnal desires. I have been partially concealed behind the sturdy

Renna I had spent a week in my so-called home, surrounded by familiar yet unfamiliar faces. Xavier, my companion, had rarely shown up at his workplace, instead opting to take me to my former workplace. There, amidst the bustling sounds and smells, I encountered a girl named Elara, her laughter filling the air like a melodic symphony, and a guy called Leo, his presence commanding yet comforting. Now, Leo had risen to the rank of beta within the pack. But as I observed them, I couldn’t shake the nagging thought that they could be more than mere acquaintances. They could be my long-lost siblings, hidden in the depths of my forgotten memories. Xavier’s words echoed in my ears, leaving me with a sense of emptiness. He claimed that I was an orphan, with no remaining family except for him. Conflicting emotions surged within me, unsure of how to process this revelation. As I glanced at myself in the mirror, my gaze fixated on the sight of my mate mark, while occasionally stealing glances at

Xavier “I hope these words help jog your memory. But Ren, please know I would never hurt you.” The soft glow of the lamp envelops us as she nods, her eyes filled with trust. As I pass her the book, our fingers brush, sending a tingle down my spine. It kills me that this fleeting touch is the only physical connection we can share. “I... I know,” she smiles warmly at me, the corners of her lips lifting ever so slightly. In that moment, a glimmer of hope ignites within me, like a tiny flame flickering to life. With delicate hands, she takes the books from me, their weight transferring from my palms to hers. As she flips through the pages, the sound of paper rustling fills the room, a soft whisper that mingles with the hushed anticipation hanging in the air. Her eyes fixate on certain photos, her gaze lingering on them for what feels like an eternity. I watch intently, wondering if those images hold the power to jog her memory. “Xavier? Please, can you not hover,” she states, her voice

Xavier We patiently waited for Renna to settle in, giving her a few days to find her bearings. Though she couldn’t recall my identity, the doctor assured us that being in the comfort of our own home would aid in triggering her memory. The familiar sights, the soothing scents, and the comforting ambiance of home were believed to be the key to her recovery. I prayed that my efforts were sufficient, but her wariness lingered, tormenting me. The urge to embrace and kiss her consumed me, but I couldn’t bear to see fear in my mate’s eyes. The weight of her past amplified my struggle; everyone she recalls is gone, leaving me alone to reassure her. It’s a battle of my words against her fading memories, an agonizing challenge. The doctor’s words echoed in my mind, leaving me with a heavy heart. There was no time frame for this, no definitive end in sight. All I could do was hope that once we returned home, things would improve. But the thought of not being able to sleep beside her, to feel t

Renna I felt the warmth of his lips, a surge of sparks coursing through my veins. The sensation was exquisite, unlike anything I had ever experienced. It ignited a fire within me, spreading throughout my entire being, making every inch of my body feel hot and alive. The intense feeling travelled downwards, settling between my legs, creating a pulsating desire I had never known before. As I slowly opened my eyes, I heard a faint beeping sound, blending with the gentle sunlight that streamed through the partially closed blinds. The room seemed to come into focus, revealing an incredibly handsome man before me. His strong hands gently cupped my cheeks as he showered my face with kisses. My heart raced, confusion flooding my mind. Who was this man? Where was Ethan? Feeling a surge of panic, I instinctively pulled away from his touch. His eyes widened slightly, a flicker of hurt flashing across his face. “Who are you?” I rasp, my voice hoarse and strained. He slowly withdraws his hands
