Locking Danger

Ciara knew immediately that she needed to do something.

“We have an impostor in the house,” Aunt Quinton said with so much fear and trepidation that she almost passed it on to Ciara.

Ciara knew there was something off about the man, but she had hoped that somehow someway, her intuitions would be wrong. Now, she would not even be able to get that so much desired nap until she is able to solve the problem at hand.

“Where is he now?” Ciara asked. Just then, they heard the sound of the mowing machine.

Ciara and Aunt Quinton hurried to the window and there he was, mowing the lawn. Aunt Quinton gasped in shock. Accepting the situation for what it was seemed really difficult for her.

“So where is the real Joel?” she asked.

“I have no idea, Aunt Quinton, but we have a huge problem in our hands, and we need to sort it out before it blows out of proportion,” Ciara said.

Even though she said “we”, she was actually referring to herself. Now that she knew that the man they have mowing their lawn
