Knock! Knock! Knock!

Katty thumped continuously, trying to keep the tray filled with food fluidly on her other hand. She grimaced, knocking again, were they dead inside?

Getting depleted, she turned to leave when abruptly the door opened and she wheeled back, finding Alpha Reid staring at her with a vacuum attitude, his chest exposed, she tried not to stare at his muscular chest or the tattoos that trailed his body.

"Good evening Alpha, Grandma told me to bring food for the Luna," she beamed, stepping forward to enter but Reid stopped her, taking the tray from her hand.

"Thank you Katty" he went inside and shut the door.

The young girl scratched her nape confusedly. "I wonder what's going on inside" she shrugged and left.

Reid unhurriedly placed the tray on the table beside the bed before turning his attention to the figure still snoozing on the bed. He climbed on it. "Scarlet," he softly called.
