Ethan became agitated after he read Ava's message, and tried to call her repeatedly with fury that she was meeting a despicable man like him. Dali tried to calm him down when his anxiety started picking pace because Ava was not answering his calls, and advised that they let her have her time to settle whatever she wanted to with Jace.
