Kimberly walked down the dark hallway to the stairs. She was reluctant to use the elevator and preferred to go down the stairs.

He walked into the dark kitchen area. As she entered, she saw a black silhouette there.

"Oh my God!" screeched Kimberly and the lights brightened at once.

"Kimberly!" exclaimed Javeera.

"Miss Javeera, it's just shocking," Kimberly complained, stroking her chest. Kimberly is actually paranoid of the dark and afraid of ghosts, whether there are ghosts or not. What is certain is that every time there is a black shadow or movement in the dark, it makes Kimberly scared and overthinking.

"Why didn't you turn on the lights?" asked Veera.

"I don't know where the switch is," Kimberly replied, making Veera chuckle at Kimberly's tense face.

"Do you need anything?" asked Veera, who was stirring something in her glass.

"I'm making coffee for Dan," Kimberly replied.

"I see. Yes, please; in the drawer just above your head is where the coffee is kept," said Veera.
