After a few minutes, Kimberly came out of the bathroom, already more refreshed. She was still wearing her previous clothes; only her blazer and shirt were removed, leaving her with only a tang top and her work pants.

She saw Danial lying on his back on the king-size bed, one hand covering his eyes.

Kimberly was hungry; she hadn't eaten dinner, and she was worn out from walking around. She walked over to the refrigerator and opened it. There was nothing there but bottled water and some canned sodas. Kimberly closed the fridge, opened the desk drawer, and found some instant noodles in a cup. It just so happened that she was very hungry.

The woman took a pack of noodles and boiled water with an electric teapot. While waiting for the water to boil, the woman opened the plastic wrap on the noodle cup. The light on the electric teapot had changed, indicating that the water was finished. Kimberly poured enough water into the noodle cup and closed it so that no air would enter and the noodles
