Zora’s point of view

I paused for a while and was in total shock, I wasn’t expecting this so soon.

This act dragged everyone's attention, waiting for an answer from me. I didn’t want to look at Derrick’s direction.

“Yes, yes, I’ll marry you?” There was no other word than yes, I laughed softly. Smiles all over Austin’s face as he pushed the ring into my finger and stood up immediately and kissed me.

Everyone in the restaurant applauded.

And suddenly Derrick walked away and I heard Mia shout his name continuously.

“Thank you so much, Zora.” He said and kissed my cheek.

“I have waited for this ever since and I am more glad I was proposed here.” I said with a smile on my face, Derrick really thought I was joking when I said to him that I have a man.

“Congratulations, Zora, I have heard a lot about you…. I am Mrs Derrick….Derrick’s wife.” She stretched forward her hand for a handshake. And why is she so being so specific that she is Derrick’s wife.

“Alright, thank you, Mrs Derrick.
