In the blink of an eye, it was Monday and I didn't know how I had gotten over from the weekend.

I covered the dark circles under my eyes with concealer and applied blush on my face to make me look better.

I tidied up my hair neatly and chose a set of clothes and then headed for the Civil Affairs Bureau.

In my opinion, it should be the last time I would meet Dave.

By the time I arrived at the Civil Affairs Bureau, Dave was already at the entrance.

The look on his face was bad and there were dark circles under his eyes with a stubble beard on his chin. He looked somewhat unkempt.
