Sky looked at Hailey with a complicated look and he sighed internally.

They were both classmates and deskmates for three years back then in high school. After graduation, they grew apart. In the past few years when he was studying abroad, he would always wonder how this proud and lonely gurl was doing.

He thought that she would marry her Mr Right and lead a happy life, but he did not expect that her life would come to an end like that.

"Hailey, the technology nowadays is quiet advanced. Nothing is absolute. You must believe in yourself."

"I know, Syke, thank you"

"By the way, have you consulted the stomach cancer expert I told you about a while ago?"

Hailey frowned and said, "You haven't told m about this"

"When you were unconscious, I told your younger sister, didn't she tell you?"

Hailey felt a tinge of bitterness within her. "Sky, from now on, just tell me about my illness. Don't tell my sister, my parents nor my husband..."

Sky seemed to have understand what she meant and nodded
