Chapter 186~ An interview

At the Kent Investment Company on a Monday morning.

“I know you’re an adult, Liam and you can do whatever you want, but enough is enough! You’re going to marry Ashley Burton and that’s final!” Hunter Kent yelled at his son in the CEO’s office.

They were just from having a board member’s meeting where Liam Kent’s reputation was put into question. Hunter Kent promised the board members that he would make sure Liam got married to remove his playboy image which wasn’t good for the company.

So, he followed Liam to his office to tell him his decision. When Liam ignored him, Hunter banged his hand on the table and yelled, “I’m talking to you! Ashley Burton is twenty-five and she’s a very kind woman. I’m sure you will like her-”

“Dad, please. I told you I’m never getting married,” Liam replied, cutting his father’s words off. "I don't want to marry and I don't want to have kids."
