“Follow me.” Instead of saying anything else, Steven simply asked them to follow him.
Others, though curious, wordlessly followed him. The party went in a particular direction. Steven had walked this path countless times. He could even walk with his eyes closed. All because this path led to Amelia’s room.
Liam narrowed his eyes as soon as he saw the familiar door in front of him. What was Steven thinking? Though Amelia and Keith had been together, it was almost three months ago! And the recent encounter was too bloody! Amelia had bled and given birth, it was next to impossible for her to have his scent!
Steven’s steps did not falter. He entered Amelia’s room and found the healers and Zion patiently sitting inside.
