“I’d like to offer you a job that pays 3,100 dollars a month per person. Will you accept it?”

“Huh?” The man was both shocked and elated. “Yes, of course we will!”

“Mr. Connor, we never even dared imagine the high salary you just offered. If you really could give us a high-paying job like that, we’d be ever so grateful to you. But… Sigh! But we are just average employees. We don’t have any special skills. We’re afraid we won’t be competent enough for the job you’ve offered us…”

“I want you to be my son’s full-time nannies. From now on, you will treat him just like you’ve always treated him—you’ll feed him, take him and pick him up from school, and play with him. Can you do that?” Zachary asked, his face as perfect as a glacier.
