Chapter 60

Maya soon woke up but she couldn’t talk to Daniel. She looked at him with scared eyes. Daniel had never dealt with such kind of a situation so he did everything he could to make her feel comfortable. He was powerless.

“I think we need to get her mother to stay with her for the night.” the doctor suggested “ I would prefer that you keep away the triplets , it seems that she is being stressed by the thought of losing her mother. You have to understand that patients like Maya react to things that they fear most in their lives.”

“Alright …..” Daniel said and went to get Nora.

When he walked into her room, he found his kids chatting with Adam and Leah. As surprised as he was, they were bubbly and jovial , even the aloof Elena was happy as she sat on Leah’s lap. The kids even ignore him for they were enjoying their times.
