Atlas kept the pressure on Derrie's temple for a few agonizing moments, his finger tight on the trigger. Derrie's face was a mask of terror, beads of sweat now running freely down his forehead. The room was silent, except for the sound of our breathing and the quiet hum of the fluorescent light overhead.

"Wait, wait!" Derrie screamed, his voice cracking with desperation. "I swear, I don't know the name! Jacob called him 'Mr. A'! That's all I know!"

Atlas's eyes bore into Derrie's, searching for any sign of deceit. After a moment, he slowly lowered the gun but kept it in his hand, ready to use it again if necessary. Derrie let out a shaky breath, his entire body trembling with relief.

"Mr. A," I repeated, my mind racing. It was a lead, albeit a vague one. But in this murky world of deception and betrayal, it was better than nothing.

"Where can we find Jacob?" I asked, my voice firm.
