Ivery's POV.

The door flew open with a bang, and there she stood. Diva, looking as beautiful as ever, but with a look of confusion and concern on her face.

Her eyes darted between me and Franco, trying to figure out what was going on.

The tension in the room was palpable, and I could feel the air crackling with electricity.

Instantly, the concern on Diva's face was replaced by anger. Her eyes narrowed, and her brows furrowed.

She looked directly at me as if seeing me for the first time. I could tell she was not happy about my presence, and I felt a sinking feeling in my stomach.

I knew I was in for it now, and I had no idea what to do. Diva took a step towards me, her eyes blazing with fury.

“What are you doing here?” she demanded, her voice low and dangerous.

“She came to deliver some work,” Franco spoke up, his voice firm and even.

I felt a wave of gratitude towards him, for stepping in and taking the heat off me.

“I wasn't talking to you,” Diva snapped, her tone sharp and biting.
