CHAPTER FIFTY-SEVEN

Ashley slumped on the sofa, rubbing her head lightly she wondered when all this would end.

“It won't be long before he finds out, what do I do?” Ashley thought, blinking back her tears.

“Ashley is hiding something from me and I wonder what it is, she is also behaving strangely,” Alan thought pacing to and fro in his room.

Putting on his office shirt “It better not be a huge problem because she will hate her whole existence” Alan bellowed.

“I made you breakfast,” Ashley said to Alan who was about to leave for work.

“I am not hungry” He mumbled.

“Alan, listen, I am sorry for sniffing you like that and I know I have been acting up lately. I will come around please” Ashley pleaded, holding his hands.

“Ashley listen very carefully to me, if you are hiding anything from me you better start talking because if I find out on my own you will hate your whole existence” Alan warned coldly while Ashley went rigid at the spot.
