Emily entered the room
"About time," Alex snapped, her eyes scanning the room before landing on Emily. "You're the massage therapist? Get to work. I don't have all day."
Emily smiled calmly, unfazed by Alex's rudeness. "Good afternoon, Miss Reynolds. I'm Emily. It's a pleasure to work with you today."
Alex snorted, flopping onto the massage table. "Just get started already. And make it quick. I need to relax before my next shoot." She snapped
" Yes ma'am" Emily replied calmly
and began the massage, her hands moving in smooth, gentle strokes. But Alex was far from relaxed, constantly interrupting Emily to demand more pressure, less pressure, and complaining about the temperature in the room.
"Turn up the heat! No, no, not that much! Ugh, this is ridiculous. Can't you see I'm trying to relax here?"
Through it all, Emily remained silent her face a mask of professionalism. She made adjustments as needed, never once taking offense at Alex's abrasive behavior.
Alex's face turned beet red as she dialed Ryan's number again, her anger escalating with each ring.
"Answer, answer, ANSWER!" she shouted, but Ryan's voicemail picked up instead.
"USELESS! he's standing me up! Me, Alex Reynolds! The nerve!"
She dialed again but the same thing happened
"Ryan, you're really not going to answer me? Fine! Be that way!"
She slammed her phone down and started pacing around the room, her eyes blazing with fury.
"Inconsiderate jerk! Thinks he can just blow me off like that?"
Emily tried to intervene, her voice calm and soothing. "Miss Reynolds, please sit back down so I can continue the massage. You're getting a bit tense."
But Alex faced her angrily
"Tense? You think I'm tense? You have no idea what it's like to be me! You're just a poor little massage therapist, struggling to make ends meet. I can buy you, your skills, and your whole pathetic life with just one check!"
Emily's eyes flashed with anger
"Well, Miss Reynolds, it's clear you're used to buying people's silence. But I'm afraid my dignity isn't for sale. And neither is my respect. " She said with a smiley face which seemed to enrage Alex even more.
"You think you're clever, don't you? Well, let me tell you something, You're nothing without me. I can make or break your career with just one phone call. And right now, I'm inclined to break it."
"Oh, please, Miss Reynolds. I'm fascinated by your ability to bully and belittle those around you. It's truly a gift". She said her voice dripping with sarcasm.
Alex's eyes widened in disbelief.
"What...what did you say?...did you just talk back at me" She took a step closer to Emily, her voice low and menacing.
But Emily stood her ground. "I just said, Miss Reynolds, that my integrity isn't for sale."
Alex's face twisted in anger, but before she could lash out, Emily's hit her in a sensitive pressure point on her shoulder. Alex's eyes went wide, her body stiffening as if she'd been shocked.
"..what...did you do to me?" Alex stuttered, her voice sleepy
Emily smiled. "Just doing my job, Miss Reynolds."
With a gentle but firm touch, Emily guided Alex back onto the massage table. Alex didn't resist, her body limp and relaxed. Emily continued the massage, her hands working their magic.
A few minutes later, Alex's breathing slowed, her body completely relaxed. She was asleep, her face peaceful for the first time that day.Few minutes later she fell asleep
" Huh? asleep already... it's only been 30 minutes...hmm I'll just use the remaining time to prepare for my interview tomorrow" Emily removed the gloves and brought out her phone going through some interview questions.

Ryan sat at his desk, focused on the papers in front of him, when Tyler and Ethan burst into the office. Ethan, his best friend, grinned mischievously.
"Bro, what did you do to my sister this time? The whole internet is on fire!"
Ryan raised an eyebrow, Tyler chuckled and handed him a tablet.
"You might want to see this, sir."
The video showed Alex causing a scene at a restaurant. Ryan's eyes narrowed as he watched. Tyler shook his head, a hint of amusement in his voice. "Pitiful, sir. I can't believe my face is allover the internet...I got dragged innocently into this mess"
"Sorry, bro but don't worry, they're only interested in Alex's drama so your face will get edited"
Tyler touched his face, feigning concern. "Hey, what's wrong with my face?"
Ethan just shook his head, chuckling. Ryan remained calm, his expression unreadable. "She's getting worse every day. Don't worry, I'll take care of this."
Tyler nodded slowly, his eyes closing in relief, but they snapped open when Ryan added, "Tyler, take care of this."
The room fell silent, the tension palpable. Ryan's eyes never left Tyler's face, his gaze piercing.
"Make it disappear, Tyler. Now."
Tyler wanted to talk, but a glare from Ryan made him stop. He grudgingly said, "Yes, boss, I'm on it," and left the room, shaking his head.
Ethan chuckled and played the video again, laughing. Ryan looked at him77, "Why are you laughing at your own sister?"
Ethan defended himself, "Well, don't blame me, you're the one who stood her up... again." He stressed the "again" part, raising an eyebrow.
Ryan sighed, "Well, don't set me up with her anymore, seriously, it's getting annoying."
Ethan came closer, his voice taking on a more serious tone.
"Bro, what makes you think I don't go home and rather stay at the hotel or my penthouse? It's because of Alex, dude. She won't let me be... She keeps on bugging me to set you up with her." He scoffed, "I'm tired of it too, trust me."
Ryan shook his head,
"Like, seriously, she's getting annoying. I used to think her baby crush on you would wear off when she gets older, but I was wrong... She's 23 years old and look.. her baby crush hasn't ended." Ethan said rolling his eyes,
"I mean, come on, Ryan, you're not even her type" he added
Ryan raised an eyebrow, "And what's wrong with me, exactly?"
Ethan chuckled. " Come on don't give me that look am right you know, someone like her should go for a guy her age or a little older...but no, she's still obsessed with you, the CEO of Thompson Industries."
You're more like the 'businessman of the year' type. But hey, I guess that's what makes her crush so... interesting."
Ryan shook his head, laughing. "Well, I appreciate the vote of confidence, Ethan. But I think I'll pass on Alex's affections. I have enough drama in my life without adding her to the mix."

Mrs grace was busy preparing dinner when tired Emily came in.
"Hey, Mum," Emily greeted dropping her bag by the door and collapsing onto a chair. "I'm so exhausted."
Grace turned down the heat and walked over to her daughter. "Aw, sweetie, you look beat. How was your day?"
Emily let out a deep sigh. "Stressful, as usual. But the worst part was my shift at the spa today."
"What happened? Did something go wrong with a client?"grace asked concerned
Emily let out a dramatic sigh. "It was stressful, Mum. You won't believe who came into the spa today...that celebrity, Alexandra or something! She was furious because her boyfriend stood her up or something, and she took it out on us. I mean, I get it, but geez, she was rude! And then she had the nerve to try and downgrade me...but trust me, I didn't keep quiet and gave her a piece of my mind!"
Grace raised an eyebrow, concerned. "Hope it won't cause you trouble?"
Emily smirked mischievously. "Don't worry, Mum. I took care of it. I even used my 'magic skills' on her...you should have seen her sleep like a baby afterwards!" She said demonstrating with her hands in a dramatic way which made them both burst out laughing.
"Where are the kids, Mum?" Emily asked, looking around
"Ah, they're with thier aunt Lily," Grace replied, stirring the pot of dinner on the stovetop. "She took them for an ice cream treat because Zander was getting a bit grumpy, and Ash was feeling sad too."
Emily nodded, a knowing smile spreading across her face. "I'm sure they're having a blast, then."
Just then they entered
" We're back!" Lily exclaimed
As soon as Lily walked in, Ash rushed over to Emily, who swept her up in a warm hug and planted a gentle kiss on her forehead. Zander trailed behind, his face still looking grumpy,
" welcome back mom" he said before heading into his room, which he shared with Ash.
Ash's once smiley face quickly faded, and she looked down, her eyes welling up with tears.
