In this past week, a lot of things have happened, but out of them all, it still fazed me the most, that Cassandra could stoop so low to have a thing with Ekun. I mean, I caught them red-handed in the act. They didn't see me, but I overheard them clearly.

In public Cassandra would act as though there was nothing between Ekun and her, referring to him as a common warrior who was now on our side now, but in secret, he was boinking her all night long.

She kept him in her chamber, and he was now her favorite or rather her lover. I couldn't help but guess that all these was the price she promised him for helping her execute Ubuntu, or she probably just took Ekun's offer, akin to the one he pitched to me, before he turned on Ubuntu and I.

I have tried my best to move on, and not think about what he did to Ubuntu, but I just can't. Every time, I see Ekun, I remember, and I'm utterly disgusted, and it's sad that there's nothing I can do to avenge my loss. Bu
