Concentrating was starting to get boring, but Spitfire had to keep doing it if he wanted this bridge to be completed anytime soon.

After a lazy night of fucking Guru and introducing him to Cosmo, the new Black Devil was starting the process of acclimating to his new life. He'd made a trip to the Underworld early this morning with Cosmo while Guru slept. They'd gone over how to construct a permanent bridge between the Underworld and Spitfire's home in the living world. Spitfire had made a few changes to the design Cosmo had stored in his star-filled memory. Spitfire was not about to have a bridge that his mates were likely to be crossing - as well as their kits - be constructed in the sloppy, wobbly style King had used.

A trip back to check Guru's extensive library and Spitfire found a book on architecture featuring several styles of bridges that were more stable and easy to travel. Another couple of hours of planning and they were ready to do the long, boring spell to weave the bridge
