Taking stock of the changes in them since Raven, she admired the streaks of silver in their hair. Luna Avery looked at the team that stood before her and she took measure of them all. Stele stood. tall and dark eyed, he read the room and clearly he had the traits she was looking for. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer within this pack. Nova wasn’t afraid to speak up and showed dedication to her pack. Several others held great potential. She decided she had to challenge them. They would have to retrieve a trinket that would be in Alpha Xander’s Alpha den. This task would require teamwork, espionage and really clever solutions. Bradford snuck around placing traps and nets into the brush, under leaves and in the branches. He went to the Alpha Den and retrieved some of the Luna Avery’s clothes that were carrying her scent. Marking many different spots, he found that the first were arriving. “Impressive speed.” Bradford thought to himself, “I better get back and be sure these guys don’t cause accidental carnage.” Bradford returned to the territory to be sure that there was no one passed him on the way to place the last deterrents. He caught the scent of female Lycan. She was stealthy. Groans and complaints were coming from the areas he placed the traps. “Damn it, Farkas. You have to watch for these things. Alpha King Sebastian and Queen Raven sat at the wedding table and looked across the hall at all of the territories that had come together. Many prior to this day hadn’t been in the same room together for far too long. This was the hope of this union, that all of them could be united under one banner and be a community they could all trade and grow with. They wanted the days of neighboring packs fighting and the war between the Bitten and the Lycans to be ended.
