TRUE, IT WASN'T THE WEDDING I would have wished for. In some ways it was so, so much more.

With my loved ones' close, and actual relatives walking me along the massive path of flower strewn carpet, my heart felt such a rush of emotions.

The masses of ecstatic faces calling to me from behind the gilded rope that guarded my path, along with well-spaced out soldiers of the cavalry in gleaming armour, were something so foreign to behold. Yet their overwhelming joy, at the sight of me, at this historic day, at my dearest friends' walking with me, brought with it such exquisite elation that it took all my will to not cry in gratitude.

Until that moment I hadn't fully realized just how much I could feel through my gift. Anger came naturally with fire, but so to, it seemed, did ecstasy.
