Jaxon tried concentrating on the papers that lay before him that morning as he read them, but couldn't just concentrate. He couldn't get the image of his father lying helplessly in the hospital out of his mind, and that was messing with his brain.

“Mr. Jaxon?”

He snapped out of it, “Yes?”

“The chart on the board, it is showing the amount of revenue we have incurred in the past week and the losses we have faced that same week,”

He faced the projector, sighing. He was in a meeting with the accounting department of the company, and he couldn't say what was spoken about in the last five minutes.

Likewise, he cleared his throat, “Could you please come again?”

“Yes sir,”

They went over the explanations again helping him understand the terms, and he noted them down, “So we're making a profit of 20% per day for now right?”

“Yes sir, and it will tend to increase due to the increased demand in the market for browser packages and hostings, I believe we can make a lot,”
