He kissed her passionately. It was soft and gentle. It didn't last long but it didn't have to. The kiss held the words they had left unspoken. A knock on the door diverted their attention, pulling them back to the sad reality as her mother walked in carrying a tear-stained Bella and Ashton, who was holding his grandmother's hand.

"Mommy, are you sick?" Bella asked.

Ashley looked at her children, not knowing what to tell them. How did she break the news to them? She knows she should tell them something so that when her time comes, they won't be devastated.
