"Finally," Freddie says and he turns towards me to hug me. "See, everything went perfectly well. They are going to be in jail now. I'm so happy for you, Ashley. You are going to have peace now," he smiles and kisses my head.

"Yes, we don't have to worry about them anymore," Adrian says, taking my hand. "Let's go home."

Adrian, Jason, Freddie, and I finally reached home for our waiting family. We walk inside the house and see all of them sitting on the two couches, while the kids sit on the ground and watch a movie. As soon as the kids see me and Adrian entering, they run to us. I bend down and hug them and kiss their heads.

"What happened?" Kenny asks and Adrian explains to them what happened.

I feel sorry for Kenny and Betty; they were devastated when they learned what their son had done to us. They never thought he would do something like this. They promised to apologize to Patricia once she woke up from her coma.
