“Well what do you think?” Justin asked me.

The realtor was looking at me expectantly. He had just finished given us a tour of the apartment.

“The place isn’t bad,” I said. “ But the traffic noise coming in from the street is pretty loud.”

“It isn’t really, it’s just normal traffic noise. You will get used to it.” The realtor said, trying to convince me.

Justin shook his head. “I definitely don’t want to get used to that.”

“Don’t you have anything else?” I asked.

He shook his head sadly.

“For now no, but I will let you know if something else turns up.” He promised.

We thanked him and left.

“The guy was really hoping we would take the place.” Justin said as we got into my car.

“No way am I agreeing to rent such a noisy place. That traffic noise is dangerous to health.”
