33|Everyone Has Flaws

I clenched my fists and turned to Blaze in annoyance. But he just casually extended his hand to assist me out of the car. I refused and did so without his help.

When we arrived at the apartment, a pleasant smell welcomed us. But my emotions were still running high. I couldn't let him keep trying to control my life. Everyone knew we were divorced, and I wanted to keep it that way.

"Why did you do that? Who else knows about this?" I said irritably.

"Sit down. You're hungry. That's why you're angry." He sat down casually on the dining chair. "I asked the chef to heat this dish before we arrived."

"Do you realize what you're doing? If my family finds out, and the public, they'll insult me even more than they already have," I explained.

"I only told James and Kyle because they often interact with you. Hannah doesn't know about our relationship. You won't see each other frequently." He placed a spoonful of mashed potato into his mouth.

"I don't believe it." I crossed my arms over my ch
