ROBERT'S POV

I was shocked and horrified as Ariana told me the news of the bankruptcy had been leaked. It felt like a bomb had been dropped on me. This was what we had been trying to avoid all along. Who could have done this? My mind raced to Thompson - he had to be the one behind this. I couldn't believe he would stoop so low.

Without a word, I stormed out of the house and got into my car. Ariana followed me, her expression determined. "I'm coming with you, Rob."

We arrived at Vanderbilt Holdings, and I marched straight to Thompson's office. "You!" I pointed at him, my anger boiling over. "You're the one who leaked the news, aren't you?"
