The night flashed by.

I wished it would have been slower.

That physical and soulful connection Chase and I shared was something I wanted to experience again and again.

I don't know if it is because of my tiny bit of inferiority.

I sometimes feel like I did not deserve Chase at all so I wanted to feel his touch every now and then.

It might not necessarily be sexual intimacy.

Talking to him while leaning on his body, going for walks and just sleeping side by side was things I look forward to.

I sat up and stretched.

Chase beside me. He was already awake.

He was just watching me unblinkingly.

It was like I was a rare find.

I cleared my throat, "Why are you staring?"

He chuckled as his hand rose to my cheeks. He rubbed them a little.

The little blush on them spread like a prairie fire.

"I am looking at something beautiful." Chase replied with a smile.
