I was seated at my office, navigating through some documents in anticipation of my next collection.

I feel somewhat good that Mara is returning today!

Hopefully, things get less crazy with her around.

Suddenly the telephone beeps, and then my attention shifted to it.

Quickly I picked.

"Hi, ma'am. You have a guest by the name, Eleanor Winston," Rose relayed.

I rolled my eyes, my body slowly getting nervous.

I feel bad for keeping her in the dark all these years even when she was nothing but a good mother-in-law to me in the past.

I must have hurt her with my decision, she doesn't deserve the way I turned my back on her. I let my anger towards Aaron ruin the beautiful relationship I had with his Mom.
