Chapter 3

Hearing her words, Logan raised his brows but obviously didn't believe her.

"Send her back" He glanced lightly at the Driver who shivered at his stare.

"I will do that!" He obeyed and closed the door before Amelia could react before getting into the driver's seat.

"He is so Ruthless, Anyway I tried my best" Lia muttered and closed her eyes while the car drove off.

"Amelia, I tried my best so if he dies it has nothing to do with us!"

In the Luxury car,

"Master, about Miss Elsher?" Delano spoke up.

"Prepare the marriage Certificate and find out everything about her" He ordered coldly.

"About the Marriage?" Delano still hesitated to speak.

"Just go through it, after everything is done she will leave" Logan Gunner looked outside.

"Yes Master!" Delano didn't ask another question and allowed things to be the way the are.

It's all part of the plan, of course they didn't plan to involve Amelia Elsher but let's say it's her bad luck.

"About the Kim's, are you going to destroy them?" Delano asked again.

"They've survived for so long that they forgot their roots, so they should be cut off from fge face of the earth!" Logan said but his mind couldn't help but go back to what Lia said.

'Beware of fire'

"Find out if the Kim's are planning anything" Logan Gunner ordered.

"Yes!" Delano nodded.

The car stopped in front of the Villa as the Driver came out and opened the door for Amelia to step out.

The young girl in the car opened her eyes and the sharpness that was once in them has disappeared bringing back the familiar timidity and Inferiority.

"We are here" The Driver stated as he led her into the house.

"You are here!" An Elderly women came over dressed in a simple but fashionable dress.

"She is from master" The Driver said as The woman looked Amelia up and down in scrunity.

"She looks weak!" Madame Virginia pursed her lips in disgust.

"Can I talk to you in private?" The Driver held her and dragged her out leaving Amelia there

"Why are you dragging me out! I'm just saying the truth, One can see that the young lady is better than her in everything!" Madame Virginia rolled her eyes.

"She is a person of master and will become Mrs. Gunner sooner or later, If you want to keep your job I can only tell you not to provoke her!" The Driver warned while thinking of what he saw earlier.

"Are you telling me to respect such a person?! That's impossible!" After refusing bluntly Madame Virginia turned and left.

She returned to Amelia stood and glared at her.

"Follow me! I will show you to your room!" She said carelessly and walked away as Amelia could only follow behind her without saying anything.

She led Amelia to a room, "You will stay here from now on. This is not your house so you are not allowed to run around." Madame Virginia looked at Amelia scornfully but the other person was only bending her head without looking up at her.

"I shouldn't even care about you" She muttered one last time and left Amelia in the room standing alone.

Amelia walked into the room and looked around the strange environment while sighing slightly.

Her eyes slowly stopped at the mirror, slowly and unconsciously her legs walked over as she stood in front of the mirror.

"Why did you let me out earlier?" Her lips moved which had a strange curve.

"You are the only one that could tell him" Amelia replied.

"Really? We are not the same and you shouldn't keep calling me out to do things for you" Lia Reprimanded.

"You wouldn't come out If you didn't want to come out" Amelia pursed her lips timidly and looked at the floor.

"Oh? You were looking so pitiful and looked like you will die if I don't come out. And you were screaming so much, I felt like my eardrums were going to burst" Lia rolled her eyes.

"They are my ears too" 

"Anyway, don't tell me you are going to call me out again?" Lia asked Suspiciously.

"No" Amelia shook her head.

"About what you saw? Don't you plan to do anything about saving him?" Lia asked Amelia who pursed in her movements.

"It has nothing to do with me" Amelia replied.

"Whose mother told her to help people as much as she can?" Lia asked her.

"Anybody can do it but not me" Amelia bit her lips 

"Are you stupid? That guy is your only way of getting away from that house, he is rich and handsome and all you have to do is use your powers and protect him since his occupation is dangerous!" 

"Then you come out and do it!" Amelia replied not caring about what she said.

"I won't! You should learn how to protect yourself! I won't do it everytime" 

A few moments later,

"Hey, you should come down for dinner" Madame Virginia called out from downstairs but no one replied her.

"Hey? Do you think I will always come and serve you?! This place isn't your home so you should come out for dinner now that I'm sounding nice!" She called out again but no one replied.

"She is definitely going crazy" She walked up in large strides and opened the room but there was no one inside.

"Amelia?!" She called and looked around the room but still no one answered.

"Did she escape?!"

In an office, 

Logan Gunner patted his hand on the table, he wore a shirt which showed off his chiseled chest, with three buttons left open giving him a whole sexy and lazy temperament.

His legs were crossed with his eyes closed waiting for the person that just entered his office to speak

"Master"

"Did you find out?"

"The Kim's had explosives hiding in every corner of the Villa and Company. If we were to attack this night, It will definitely be our end" Delano replied.

"Oh? Do you think there are people that can see the future?" Logan thought of Lia's words and Asked.

"There are a lot of unusual things in this world, so there might be a possibility" Delano replied.

"You can go..."

"Master, are we still going as planned?" He asked.

"Yes. Everything is going just as planned" Logan Gunner replied.

"Ring Ring!" Delano's phone rang.

"Madame Virginia" Delano called after connecting the call.

"Amelia Escaped!!"
