As they caught their breath and composed themselves, Adelaide and Elma carefully emerged from under the table. They looked around the room, making sure that Mino was really gone.

"I think it's safe now," Adelaide whispered, her eyes scanning the room.

Elma nodded, her face still flushed from their narrow escape. "Yeah, I think you're right."

As they stood up and brushed themselves off, Adelaide couldn't help but giggle again. "That was so close!" she exclaimed.

Elma grinned, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "I know, right? I thought for sure we were going to get caught."

Adelaide shook her head, still chuckling. "I don't know how you stayed so calm," she said. "I was totally freaking out."

Elma shrugged, her smile faltering for a moment. "I'm just used to being invisible, I guess," she said. "People often overlook me, so I'm used to flying under the radar."

Adelaide's eyes widened in surprise. "Invisible?" she repeated. "You're not invisible, Elma. You're just... observant."
