Chapter 200 "The Person he Created"

One night, years ago, when the rain was pouring hard and thunder cracked the sky, Sorren got out of his car.

Harriet took him inside the mansion with an umbrella.

“Chairman, please change your clothes as soon as you go inside. You might catch a cold.”

Sorren looked at the young lady who was also soaked in rain. Laughing, he responded, “You should go and take a bath, my dear. You look more vulnerable than me.”

Harriet only chuckled.

“Go on. Hurry and change. This old man will take care of himself,” Sorren said.

“Then, I will go now. Please rest well, Chairman.”

“Harriet, didn’t I tell you not to call me in that endearment when we are inside the mansion?”

Smiling, Harriet said, “Sorry, grandpa.”

The Chairman patted Harriet’s head.

Harriet bowed her head and then walked back to her room.

Chuckling, the chairman was about to head over his office when he saw the mud on the floor. Along with it, there was Finn’s secretary who was cleaning the mud.
