Chapter 31. Real Wound

Tonight, Maggie didn't come home to Nelvan's house due to urgent matters that needed to be dealt with elsewhere. This made Lynda feel more relieved, so she could sleep in her room that had been prepared in Nelvan's house without having to share a room with him again.

Lynda couldn't continue being a puppet played by Nelvan every night. Tired, Lynda lay down, her eyes just closing when the closed door suddenly burst open roughly, causing Lynda to startle in shock.

Hans stood in front of Lynda's room door. Initially, Lynda thought it was Nelvan who opened the door, but it turned out to be Hans. Lynda immediately stood up, looking at the panicked expression on Hans's face.

"What's wrong, Hans?" Lynda asked.

"Help me," Hans said in a panic.

"Help? What can I do?" Lynda asked.

"Nelvan is in critical condition, and there are no guards who can help me, so help me take care of Nelvan," Hans said hurriedly.
