Chapter One hundred-Six

Eve watched as her father step out of the restaurant, her arms folded across her chest. She gave a faint smile when he turned back to look at her. She waved at him till he disappeared out of her sight.

She strode to Mr Richard and Henry with a bright smile. "Thank you for coming sir," she told Mr Richard.

Mr Richard turned to her with a warm smile. "I should be thanking you, miss..."

"Eve." she completed.

"Okay...miss Eve" Richard went on. "As I said, I should be thanking you instead. You managed to convince Bloom to show up here. If it were up to my son and me, this meeting wouldn't be possible."

Eve smiled. "I just did what I had to."

"And about your dad, don't you worry about a thing. He's going to be fine. He's a bit stubborn and I know you are aware." Richard said.

Eve giggled. "My dad is a hot head." she acknowledged.

"He must take his time. There's a lot of pondering to be done." Richard replied.

"Yea, he said so."
