Chapter Eighty Seven

Leonard gave Eve a stern look that scared her to death. If Henry wasn't there, he would have probably smashed her head against the wall she thought.

Leonard began striding toward Eve. She stood her ground and faced him, her chin up. "You are lying. Tell your boss that you are lying," he said in a tone that depicts command.

Henry was pacing back and forth, trying to wrap his head around the commotion.

Eve smiled and Leo couldn't hide his shocking expression. If he was expecting her to chicken out because of his overshadowing presence then he has no idea who he is dealing with. She is Eve Bloom and will take shit from no one.
