Don't Want You to Be Happy

At 8:22 p.m., Sarah waits for John at a café owned by her friend, but John does not show up as promised. This girl kept looking towards the door. She wished John were there, but every time the door opened, only someone else entered the café.

Sarah took the mobile phone from the yellow bag she had placed on the table. "Mr John."

"I'm sorry, Miss Sarah. I can't come. There is something that makes me not want to go anywhere." John's voice.

Sarah smiled even though she was about to cry. "It's okay. I'm still at home, too."

Sarah deliberately lied to cover up embarrassment. This girl immediately left the café. Her cell phone rang. "Mom."

"How was your date today?"

"It's going well. He and I will talk about marriage if our business is successful."

"I want to see him. Next time I will come to meet in person."

Sarah laughed. "Well, Mom. I have to go back because he is waiting for me." This girl ended her conversation on the phone. She cried after putting away her phone.
