What Rowan wanted to say suddenly turned into a fishbone stuck in her throat.

Neither swallow or spit.

She lowered her eyes and was silent for a while.

David's mother seemed to be tired of cursing, her chest heaved violently, but she didn't continue to speak.

After a while, Rowan raised her head again, looked through Director William, chubby body, and met David's mother's eyes.

She desperately asked, "I've already divorced him, what exactly am I going to do for you to let me go?"

David's mother sneered, took a deep breath, and smoothed her chest before returning to her.

"Since you know that you have divorced David, why are you holding back? Flora asked you to move out, but you still dare to find a lot of reasons to drive her out! You have to figure it out now, that she is the owner of that house!"

It turned out that the reason for all of this was because of Flora.

"I thought I made it very clear to her that the house was given to me by David, not by myself."
