Chapter 128

Sebastian’s parents watched how Ava stormed out of the reception angrily. They shook their heads, wondering what has changed in their son. At least, they were his parents. Whatever may have come upon him, it should never be as worse as this. It was a colossal turn on them — their own son lashing at them viciously, as if they were his enemies. But, were they really not?

“You chose a very good lady to marry. I remember telling her yesterday night that you had good eyes, just like your dad. I mean, see how protective of you she is. Even she knows the fact that your parents aren’t people you turn against.” Sebastian’s mom said, fixating her gaze on Ava as she walk out of the hotel.

“My dad? You both still believe I have a dad?” Sebastian asked, chuckling out very loudly at what his mother spouted. He buried his face into his palms and laughed vigorously —almost maniacally— that one was going to think he had really run mad for about a second.

“You have a dad. And, this is me right here.”
