Chapter 70 - CEO Jerry Plot

Charles waited outside for Nancy to step out from her apartment again. As he didn't see Nancy stepping out, he knocked on her apartment door again and walked inside to check on her. It was already 10 minutes past 8 am, and yet Nancy wasn't out.

"Miss Sophia," Charles called her by her second name. Just then, Nancy walked out from her bathroom, tying only a white towel around her chest. She hadn't expected to see Charles in her living room, which was connected to her bedroom. She hadn't even locked her bedroom door, and there were no curtains separating the living room from the bedroom, as she hadn't rearranged the apartment compared to her former house.

Nancy almost lost her grip on her towel and blushed in embarrassment as she met his scrutinizing gaze. Charles immediately said to her, "I will be outside waiting."

"Okay," Nancy replied, and she hurriedly went to have her breakfast.
