“Gosh, Zoe.” Mia exclaimed, standing up immediately when the full glass of wine hit the floor. She began to clean her dress with the back of her hands as some contents of the wine splashed on her body. “What a way to handle an information.”

Zoe shook her head to clear the thought away and then knelt to pick up the pieces from the ground since there were no maids around to do it.

“I’ll get cleaning materials.” Mia said before dashing into the house. As Zoe carefully picked up the shards of glass, her thoughts began to run wild again. What Mia had said to her actually made a lot of sense and answered some of the questions she had in her mind. Now she knew there was no way in hell that the threats they were receiving had nothing to do with the family, because it did. There was definitely something fishy going on which led to the death of Felicity.
