I had promised to take Nicole out on a Spa date. It was just my way of relieving her of any worry she might have.

I was waiting for her when she appeared in a simple, knee-length light blue dress made of soft cotton material. She paired the dress with a pair of strappy sandals, and her hair styled in loose waves that cascade down her shoulders.

It was simple yet flattering

"You look stunning tonight," I said, taking in all her features.

"Thank you, but I'm just wearing something simple." She put her head down and her hair covered the faint blush on her cheeks.

"It's not the clothes that make you beautiful, it's the way you carry yourself."

She chuckled, "You always know the right thing to say."

I grinned back at her and replied, "I just speak from the heart." With that, I led her out of the house and towards the car park.
