"Hey, are you good?" Elanne nudged her elbow, upon taking in her features.

Aria sighed. "I don't know. I don't know."

Elanne stared at her. "Then you're not alright, tell me what you have been thinking of?"

"It's just that I keep thinking about everything they did to me and i keeo asking myself why I was so blind to the obvious signs and why they could have done such to me," Aria complained. "I don't know why I've been unable to move on and it's killing me, I deserve better."

Elanne took a deep breath, reached out to touch her hands and squeezed it. "Obviously you deserve better but now that it has happened, just keep acknowledging everything that has happened and reframe your thoughts. Each time it comes, just tell yourself yes you acknowledge everything tha t happened and it's not your fault and you're working towards healing..it won't happen overnight but soon you'll realize that you're no longer feelings those pains."
