Chapter 333: Cover

Margaux immediately went back to Hendrix’s room after she excused herself. Gino stayed there and was not yet done talking with her family but she was no longer interested with it anymore. Everything she heard was crazy and it overwhelmed her.

“Margaux..” Wilma was shocked when she entered the room without knocking first.

Well, she did not expect that they were already back as it was not that long when they left Hendrix there.

“We just–”

She raised her right hand to stop the old woman from continuing whatever she was going to say.

“I’m not asking you,” she muttered then slowly walked with a crutches towards the bed.

Her eyes softened upon seeing that Hendrix was sleeping peacefully. Although there was still a little fear deep within her seeing him unconscious, her heart was quite calmer knowing that he kept his promise to rest.

“You should sit here,” WIlma said and she saw her husband was dragging the chair next to Hendrix's bed.

Her eyebrows raised but she did not say anything
