Chapter 22: Leave

Hendrix went back to the hotel with a dejected face. He waited for Margaux for hours only to see the cafe was empty.

His heart can't calm down as he thought about her sweet mouth. He never kissed anyone else before and it was the first time he initiated to have one. He was not sure if he did it right but was still satisfied with that.

He looked deteriorated when he finally reached the hotel. Not paying attention to his surroundings, he was surprised when a woman he didn't know suddenly approached him.

“Hi! You're Hendrix Mondragon, right?” greeted the woman who blocked his way.

“Who are you?” he scowled as he was not interested in her.

“I'm Leila Guzman. Nice to finally meet you,” she said while smiling flirtatiously at him while extending her hand towards him.
