" She is just a poor nerd girl we have at school . She is so old-fashioned . Gosh ! I soo love it when you call me baby ! " said Chloe with her eyes totally enamored with Edward .

Claire stared at the two of them with a surprised expression .

" Oh....a poor nerd...I am curious about your perspective miss . " said Edward with a polite tone .

" A simple opinion . No need to mind it too much . " said Claire not wanting to continue talking with him or the other girls anymore .

" Claire , where are you going ? " asked Chloe .

" We are just taking a look around . " said Carol .

" I had no idea that you could afford to wander around here . " said Chloe .

" Let's just say , I worked hard during the holiday . " said Claire .

Edward looked at Claire's calm smile and found it weird how she didn't take Chloe's words to heart .

' She's too headstrong for being poor . ' thought Edward .

" Well....We........We really have to go now . See ya later ! " said Carol and grabbed Claire from her arm to pull her forward .

" He he he he !.........Claire.......how about you do a little performance for us ? " said Chloe with a devilish smirk .

" Performance ? " said Edward surprised .

" This girl is known for being a computer . She often takes part in competitions with money prizes . Knowing your obsession with Puff collectibles , I am sure the two of you are here to grab the first prize . As always , Claire will come to your attendance Carol . " said Chloe .

" Chloe , Claire is my friend . " said Chloe, and Claire stopped her from going to Chloe .

Anyone who was Chloe's enemy was considered a huge nuisance in their school and no one would hang out with them . They would be considered an outcast and bullied so badly that they would end up leaving school .

" The one who is sponsoring this event is my family . The first prize for the event is ten thousand . If you entertain as well , I will pay you sixty thousand . " said Chloe with a devilish smirk .

" Yes , Claire ! Chloe is being so generous with you . You should accept it . " said the other girls that were next to Chloe .

" You didn't tell me this ? " whispered Claire at Carol .

" I....am sorry ! I knew you would never come if I told you . " said Carol with an apologetic tone .

" Haaaaah ! Your obsession has started to become troublesome . " said Claire a bit annoyed .

" I would also like something entertaining now . " said Edward looking at her with a smirk .

' This can be a good opportunity to get back at her.........She is clearly poor yet she is still proud . Let's see how much longer can you keep the proud look and calm tone . I don't believe you will not lose your temper . ' thought Edward annoyed .

" I would also like to see that too . " said Edward with a chuckle .

" Come on Claire ! You will get a good tip from this . " said another girl that was near them , making the others laugh again .

Everyone looked at Claire with a mocking laugh . Claire stared at them and tried to continue keeping her calm expression Her phone ringed and Claire looked at it . When she read the email that came to her account she smiled a little . Carol felt awfully guilty about how things turned out . Claire saw the worried face Carol then patted her shoulder softly .

" Fine ! I shall show you a show that will make all of you stunned . " said Claire with a smile .

" Good ! But what happens if you lose ? " said Chloe .

" Choose the punishment for the loser . " said Claire .

" If you lose you will have to kiss my feet in front of the whole school . " said Chloe with a vicious smirk .

" Oh ?......then , I am afraid that sixty thousand dollars aren't enough to put myself at risk like this . " said Claire with a noncaring tone .

" Claire , I never knew you were such a coward . You backed away when you heard the punishment . Considering the good amount of money that you are going to get , kissing my feet shouldn't sound too bad for you . " said Chloe with a smirk .

" I just think it's not worth it.........But.......if you make it up to a hundred thousand dollars , I will gladly accept . " said Claire with an innocent smile .

" Look Edward ! It was the unfortunate fate of our school to have a poor and normal person like her . " said Chloe looking at Claire with a judging look .

" Don't you think you are b being rude by asking so much ? " said Edward .

" I am simply stating my requirements since the one who will suffer if I lose will be me . My reputation is at stake . " said Claire .

" He he he ! You sure have character , Now I am getting curious . Are you really worth that much ? " said Edward making the others laugh in a mocking way that made everyone laugh at her .

Claire clenched her fists in annoyance but all she could do was continue to endure their words .

" Alright , I agree ! It's a simple two months' allowance for me but for you, it is a huge amount . Will you do it ? " said Chloe with a smile .

" What's the challenge ? " asked Claire .

" A simple can shooting challenge . Nothing much . " said Chloe with a smirk .

' If she says it's nothing much then she will make it impossible for me to win . ' thought Claire with a helpless expression .

" Fine ! " said Claire and turned around then walked ahead .

" Hey , where are you going ? " said Chloe .

" Toilet ! A certain strong perfume scent is making me wanna vomit . " said Claire and walked ahead .

" That ugly pauper rat ! " said the girl next to Chloe annoyed .

" Chloe , could she win ? " asked the other girl next to her a bit hesitantly .

" How can she possibly win ? I will make sure she never hits the target . " said Chloe with a vicious smirk .

When Edward heard them , he remembered the time when Chloe did the same thing to another girl . The last can shooting challenge that she made her do , led the girl to another city and a long time consult to the psychiatrist . Edward looked towards the toilet and walked there . When he arrived , Claire came out of the female's toilet . Claire saw Edward but decided to ignore him .

" This little game isn't an easy one . It's a one versus ninety-nine percent winning chance for the other person . Are you sure you can do it ? " said Edward with a serious expression when he heard about the challenge .

" Weren't you the one who said whether I am worth really that much ? " said Claire with a bitter smile .

" I am serious . You are really determined to kiss her feet . " said Edward .

" What I will do , doesn't concern you . " said Claire .

" Heh ! Who is concerned about a crazy monkey girl like you ? It was simply a kind reminder........Don't you touch my fan . " said Edward with an annoyed expression and saw Chole coming towards him then hugged her .

" Where were you Edward ? I didn't see you coming here . " said Chloe lovingly looking at Claire annoyed .

' Oh please....... ' thought Claire when she noticed Claire's glaring ." I am sorry for leaving without telling you . " said Edward with a sweet tone .

" It's fine ! " said Chloe then looked at Claire .

" Claire , you can't blame me if you lose and humiliate yourself . After all , I can understand your poor background and environment . Being a fa........ " said Chloe but then Claire glared at her .

" Chloe , don't go too far ! " said Claire with an annoyed tone and Chloe acted as if she was scared then hugged Edward even more . Edward patted her head and put his hand around her waist .

" Don't worry baby ! If she disrespects you........she is done for . " said Edward glaring at Claire who smirked at him in a devilish way .

While he passed with Chloe ahead , Claire looked at them in a funny way .
